Serving the Oakland county area for over 20 years, Dr. Bobier is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Named a Top Doc by Detroit Hour Magazine, Dr. Bobier is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He earned his D.M.D. (Doctor of Dental Medicine) from Boston University and completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Miami Medical Center/Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Following the completion of his residency, Dr. Bobier was a visiting clinician in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Mayo Clinic. He served twice as Honorary Registrar at Glan Clwyd Hospital (a British Maxillofacial unit focused on the treatment of head and neck cancer). He is former senior staff surgeon at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit. Dr. Bobier has been a guest lecturer at the Mayo Clinic, the University of Nebraska, the VA Hospital of Philadelphia and the Chester Crozier Hospital of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Bobier belongs to the medical staffs of Crittenton Hospital and Beaurmont Hospital, Royal Oak. He is a long term member of the Beaumont Cleft Palate/Craniofacial team.
Dr. Bobier is a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a member of the American Cleft Palate and Craniofacial Association. He belongs to the Michigan Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is a member of the American Academy of Osseointegration and the American College of Oral Implantology. Dr. Bobier is a current Provider of Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
