Relax & Leave Everything to Us

No one likes to think about having oral surgery performed. However, Dr. Bobier and our staff make it a little easier for you. We use IV sedation that will put you in a sleeplike state so you don’t experience any of the sights, sounds, or smells of your procedure. You also won’t remember anything about it afterward. You’ll wake up with your procedure complete and your mouth on the road to healing.

Our office is very inviting and has relaxing music playing throughout. If you’d prefer, you can bring your own headphones to listen to your favorite music. We also have private patient care rooms for your discretion and comfort.

Our staff will go out of their way to help you through any dental anxiety you’re experiencing. When you come in, you’re our main focus. We are punctual and treat only one patient at a time, so you won’t ever feel like you’re being rushed through the office or “processed.” If you have a concern, just let us know and we’ll do all we can to help you. We want your time with us to be as pleasant as possible.

Don’t fear your oral surgery! Count on the experts at relieving dental anxiety in Rochester. Call Gregg D. Bobier, DMD today at 248-625-4492 to schedule your consultation.

Common Questions About Relieving Dental Anxiety

Can you help with relieving dental anxiety?

If you suffer from dental anxiety, we would be glad to help you through your fear. Our staff is fully trained to offer compassionate and gentle care to each patient, helping ensure a relaxing visit that you will feel good about. If you have special concerns or requests, we’ll be glad to accommodate you if at all possible.

What can you do to relieve dental anxiety?

Dr. Bobier and our team will take time to listen to your needs. We’ll also answer all your questions fully, making sure you have the information you need to make good decisions about your oral care. In addition, we can administer IV sedation that will put you in a “twilight” state similar to sleep. You won’t remember anything about your procedure afterward.

Are there steps at home I can take to relieve dental anxiety?

We believe that a relaxing visit begins at home. If you start to feel anxious about your procedure, simply let your body go limp and take several deep breaths slowly. Picture yourself lying comfortably in our dental chair, fully relaxed and at peace. Then, when you’re actually in the office, you can use this same technique to help ease any residual anxiety.
